Constituent Assembly (CA) Chairman Subas Nembang has urged Prime Minister Sushil Koirala and leaders of the ruling parties to hold talks with the opposition parties to forge a consensus in the disputed issues of the new constitution.

Releasing a book 'Kanunko Byakhya' (Interpretation of Law) by advocate Kedar Dahal in the capital city, Nembang said that the country cannot remain in a status quo for long as the time given to the political parties for a consensus has already crossed 27 days. He added that the CA business should be continued sooner than later by forging consensus as early as possible.

"It will take no more time for a consensus in the four disputed issues if the parties so wish. The country cannot wait for long," the CA chairman said.

Writer of the book Dahal said he wrote the book to help understand interpretation of the law RSS reports.
