In accordance with the Security Exchange Board Act 2063 and the rule and regulations, the shares of NIC Asia Bank have not turned into a Share Demat.

According to a press release issued by Neetika Ghimire, Corporate Communication Officer NIC Asia Bank, now the shares of the Bank can be transacted through CDS and Clearing Ltd in accordance with the law.

The shares include public and promoters shares.
