Defense Attaché of Federal Republic of Germany calls on COAS General Rana. According to a press release issued by Directorate of Public Relations of Nepal Army, defense attaché Colonel Achim Hertgens is returning to his country following completion of his tenure.
During the meeting, General Rana and Germany’s defense attaché also discussed bilateral military relations between the two countries.
