At a time when the Constituent Assembly is uncertain over the content of new constitution till the last hours of the deadline for its promulgation, Bibeksheel Nepali, a group of politically aware youth that contested the CA elections without registering a political party, has proposed a draft of the new statute today.

The group said it took help of volunteer experts to sketch out the dossier, which it said was up-to-date and reform-oriented. The draft has been posted in the group's website.
