Japan lawmaker stressed more visits

After completing Nepal visit, Japanese parliamentarian and secretary-general of the Japan-Nepal Parliamentary Friendship League, Yosuke Tsuruho,left  Nepal after completing three days visit.

During his visit to Nepal, he met high level officials, ministers and parliamentarians. He paid courtesy calls on President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav, cabinet ministers and political leaders, among others, during his stay

He also addressed a program organized by Nepal Japan Friendship Society (NJFS) in Kathmandu. Tsuruho said dialogues and exchange of views between the parliamentarians of the two countries is necessary to further deepen the friendly relations subsisting between the two countries. He also argued that such a dialogue and exchange of views will help Nepal advance towards the path of development and prosperity.

Addressing the function, Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Bam Dev Gautam lauded the efforts made by the NJFS to further deepen relations between Nepal and Japan at people´s level.

Minister Gautam also launched the NJFS. NJFS´s executive team includes Lekha Nath Ghimire as chairman, Devi Charan Neupane as coordinator, Manisha Sharma as vice-chairman, Binod Ghimire as secretary, Tilak Kumari Magar as treasurer and Ashmin Sitaula, Dhiraj Budhathoki and Muna Chaulagain as members.
