UN Under Secretary-General for Political Affairs, Jeffrey Feltman, arrived in the capital today on a three-day official visit to Nepal.

Meanwhile, Jeffrey Feltman, UN Under-Secretary-General for Political Affairs, calls on COAS Gaurav Sumsher Rana.He was received at the Tribhuvan International Airport by Joint Secretary and the Chief of the UN Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Tara Prasad Pokharel and the UN Resident Coordinator Jamie McGoldrick.

The UN official is scheduled to meet separately with Constituent Assembly Chairman Subas Nembang, Minister for Foreign Affairs Mahendra Bahadur Pandey, chairman of the UCPN (Maoist) Pushpa Kamal Dahal, CPN (UML) Chairman KP Oli and the Chief of the Army Staff (CoAS) today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said reports RSS.
