Manoj Bahadur Shrestha, Chairman of Himalayan Bank Limited inaugurated Bank’s Birtamod Branch amidst a function. This is the 41^st branch of the Bank. Local businessmen, distinguished persons, Board Members and senior executives of the Bank were present at the function.

Addressing the inaugural function Chairman Shrestha highlighted the current activities and achievement of the Bank. According to him, as of Ashadh End 2070 the deposit base of the Bank has reached to the size of Rs. 53.07 billion and loan and advances portfolio is Rs. 41.05 billion.

ChairmanShrestha stated that the Birtamod Branch will focus its activities to boost the economic condition of local people through banking service related activities. He also stressed that opening of Himalayan Bank branch would help to enhance financial activities and development in this region and Bank will continue to extend its services and branches in the days to come.

Chairman of Birtamod Chamber of Commerce Balaram Karki and Member of BOD, Himalayan Bank BijayaBahadur Shrestha had also addressed the function.
