Under its institutional corporate responsibility, Himalayan Bank Limited provided financial support to chairman of Solu Children Welfare Center Kame Magar. The money will be used to buy equipments related to climbing. Magar is leading an expedition team for Mt Everest in coming May.

According to a press release, amid a function the bank handed over logo of the bank and check to Magar. The money saved after the expedition will be used to construct the building of Child Center. The senior general manager Ijaj Kadir Gil handed over Bank's logo, banner and check to Magar. During the program general manager Sushil Joshi and other officials were also present.
