Special General Assembly of Global Bank on Monday passed a proposal to start merger process with appropriate bank or cooperative.


The General assembly was held in Birgunj and has given mandate to board of directors to explore appropriate partners in the market. Compared to previous fiscal year, the Bank has an increase of 75% in its operating profit, which amounts to 28 crore and 82 lakhs. The bank is providing banking services through 28 branches and 35 ATM counters.
