From when will Syakar Company introduce the new Hero bikes in Nepal?

Hero and Honda formally separated in August 2011 in India and we will be selling new Hero bikes from Bhadra this year. Although the partnership has broken in India, in Nepal, Syakar company will continue to sell bikes of both the brands. 


What are the new sales plans for the new Hero bikes?

Hero Honda is one of the most popular bikes in Nepal. Within a short time, Hero Honda will come as Hero brand in Nepal. What I want to assure all our customers is that, only the name will be changed, the technology and engines will still remain the same in the new bikes. The company will sell Hero like it has been selling Hero-Honda. We are also planning to open various service centers to provide customers excellent after sales service.


What will be the separate identity of Hero motorcycles?

Right now the only different identity of Hero is the change of logo. After 2014 only, Hero will leave the technology of Honda and then only it will make new motorcycles on its own new technology.


Will the customers like Hero as much as they have liked Hero Honda?

We are fully assured that the customers will like Honda the way they have liked Hero Honda. People are not sure that the new bikes that will be made on the new technologies of Hero will be as strong as that of Hero Honda, but that will definitely not happen. 


How were the overall sales of Hero Honda motorcycles last year?

The sales of Hero Honda Motorcycles have been good in Nepal. Not only in Nepal, Hero Honda is the bestselling motorcycle in many places. We are sure that Hero Honda is the bestselling motorcycle even in Nepal. We were able to sell more than 30 motorcycles last year only.


Will the old customers be affected by the new Hero brand?

Just because we have started new Hero brand doesn’t mean that it will affect old Hero Honda customers. We will be providing all facilities and services to both the customers. I would like to assure all the customers that there will be no compromise on all the services that we provide.
