Rastriya Banjiya Bank has reinstated its branch office at Aryabhanjyang-a trade hub at eastern part of Palpa district. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) deputy governor Gopal Prasad Kaphle inaugurated the 155th branch of the bank amid a ceremony recently.
Speaking at the ceremony, NRB deputy governor Kaphle urged the bank to prioritize the manufacturing and small entrepreneurship at the local level to reduce the trend of youths leaving for the Gulf countries to make some earning.
Krishna Prasad Sharma, CEO of RBB, said that the bank reinstated its branch after 12 years with modern banking services. According to CEO Sharma, the branch would provide modern and computerized banking services like ebanking, remittance service and mobile banking, to children, women, teachers, public servants, farmers, entrepreneurs and all other service seekers.
