Employees of the Himalayan Bank Limited distributed relief materials to the victims of flood at Nauvatsa VDC, Banke. The bank staffs donated about 250,000 rupees and they distributed the money to 219 victims of the village.

According to a press release, the recipient of the donations include partially affected, fully affected and others from the village. Led by chairman of Himalayan Bank Employee Union president Kush Kumar Dhakal and member Binod Khatiwada, the team handed over the relief materials to secretary of the VDC. The relief materials include rice, lentil, salt and other essential commodities
