After concluding three days visit to Nepal, Chinese Minister for Foreign Affairs, Wang Yi, left Kathmandu for Dhaka on Saturday afternoon.
During his visit, the Chinese Minister, who arrived in Kathmandu on December 25, paid courtesy calls to President Ram Baran Yadav and Prime Minister Sushil Koirala as well.
At the meetings, Minister Yi reiterated that China attaches its high priority to Nepal and pledged further support to Nepal.
In his bilateral meeting with his Nepali counterpart Mahendra Bahadur Pandey-led team on Friday, Yi had augmented financial aid worth RMB 800 million as against RMB 150 million. It was an increment by 433 percent to the existing one.
