The major parties Nepali Congress and CPN-UML concluded to hold decisive talks with the 30-party alliance tomorrow on the key issues of new constitution and its promulgation.

The top leaders of the ruling parties held a meeting at Prime Minister Sushil Koirala’s official residence this evening to meet the opposition parties for the final talks repot THT.

Emerging from the meeting, CPN-UML's senior leader Jhala Nath told the media that tomorrow's meeting, scheduled for 9 in the morning, would be decsive.

According to him, if the parties could not agree upon issues then time should not be wasted further in the name of discussion. He opined that there was no other option than following due process to promulgate the statute if consensus was elusive.

He hinted that the ruling parties, however, were not in a mood to buy the Maoist-led alliance's nine-point proposal which included 10-Pradesh model.
