As major political parties are yet to agree on the fundamentals issues in new constitution, Constitution Assembly Secretariat is preparing a special security plan to maintain order the obstruction inside CA building in case of chaos in voting on the draft of the constitution.

The new security plan is reportedly prepared with the consent of CA chairperson Subhas Chandra Nembang who has already demanded authority to draft of the constitution.

The special security plan is prepared to promulgate new constitution on January 22 at any cost. If there require, the new Marshal will be mobilized to control CA members of opposition party.

According to a news report published in Annapurna Daily, two hundred security personal with special commando training will be added as Marshal inside the CA in case of voting on constitution.   

“The security chief of Constituent Assembly has already prepared Blue Print of security arrangements of Birendra International Convention Center (BIC).
