UCPN (Maoist) leader Baburam Bhattarai has charged Prime Minister Sushil Koirala and CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli of being against the peace process.
Speaking at a press meet here on Sunday, the former prime minister blamed Koirala and Oli of essaying to thwart the peace process. On the occasion, Bhattarai tried to justify the agitation launched by the 30-party alliance.
‘Currently, the Constituent Assembly (CA) has been hijacked,” Bhattarai said, “We are trying to save the CA through agitation.”
Saying that dialogue is not possible unless the voting process is annulled, Bhattarai claimed that that ruling parties are trying to weaken the agitation of the alliance by spreading propaganda of talks.
