Minister for Law, Justice, Constituent Assembly and Parliamentary Affairs, Narhari Acharya, said it was impossible for the Prime Minister and Nepali Congress to halt the CA process owing to the demand of the 30-party alliance led by the Unified CPN (Maoist).
Speaking at a programme organized by Nepali Congress at Krishnapur VDC of Kanchanpur district, Minister Acharya reminded that his party (NC) and the government had urged the UCPN (Maoist) to sit for talks and settle the disputed issues through dialogues.
He stressed on the need of maintaining peace and stability by promulgating the new constitution and leading the nation towards the path of development.
Minister Acharya, however, hoped that the opposition parties´ alliance would soon sit for talks and join the constitution writing process reports RSS
