Nepal Civil Aviation Authority has cleared the run way following towing Turkish Airlines Aircraft to parking lot late evening. According to manager of TIA Purna Chudal, the airport will be operational by midnight.

Tribhuwan International Airport Authority has already asked all ground staffs to prepare for the operation. According to the authority, Oman Air will be the first aircraft which will land at TIA.
