First of all, New Spotlight family express hearty condolence for those who killed in massive earthquake and early recovery for those who injured in the calamity. Nepal is badly shaken by the 7.9 rechtor earthquake on 25^th April and we are no exception. We are without light and without internet for almost three days. Our reporters too have similar fate. As a small website with limited staffs and resources, we are unable to post update. Our computers and office space was crumbled. Thus, we were unable to post disasters related news on our online. This was beyond our control. As of today, over 4000 people died and over 60,000 injured. We do post the event as much as possible. As there are thousands of news are coming through various channels, we will not follow the hard news. After the quake magnitude of 7.9 on Saturday, the country has already faced 98 tremors magnitude of 4 to 6.9 rachter scale. Even Tuesday morning alone Kathmandu faced five tremors.

Although this is not a time to criticism and condemn, we all are responsible for the devastation from the earthquake. Nepalese officials hid the warning of experts and international experts and allows to expand the city with haphazard construction. As experts predicted, the houses turned into death trap.
