China search and rescue team returns from Nepal

A 62-member China International Search & Rescue Team landed in Beijing on Friday afternoon after a 13-day mission in Nepal in which they were the first foreign team to save a survivor in the quake field.

A 62-member China International Search & Rescue Team landed in Beijing on Friday afternoon after a 13-day mission in Nepal in which they were the first foreign team to save a survivor in the quake field.

According to People’s Daily, During their stay in Nepal, they rescued two survivors from the rubble, treated more than 2,700 victims, and cleared about 430 buildings.
