Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that India is ready to provide all kinds of support to Nepal’s reconstruction and rehabilitation process. According to news report published in Annapurna Post, Indian Prime Minister Modi made this remarks while meeting with Nepalese ambassador to India Dip Kumar Upadhyaya.
Indian Prime Minister Modi also said that he will appoint a person to as a liaison to coordinate between India and Nepal to enhance the support in the process of reconstruction and rehabilitation.
Ambassador Upadhyaya said that Indian Prime Minister Modi has shown very serious concern on Nepal’s current situation. Indian Prime Minister Modi also told Upadhyaya that India will decide the support only after Nepal’s proposal.
According to Upadhyaya, Indian Prime Minister Modi also inquired about the health of Prime Minister Koirala. “I told Indian prime minister Modi that prime minister health is perfect now,” ambassador Upadhyaya.
