Kathmandu Metropolitan handed over an ambulance hospital to Nepal Police amid a function. Deputy Prime minister Prakash Man Singh handed over a key to chief of Kathmandu Metropolitan Police Additional Inspector General of Police Bigyan Raj Sharma.

The ambulance was donated by Chinese Government to Kathmandu Metropolitan to provide emergency service to citizens of Kathmandu.

Addressing the program, Inspector General of Police Upendra Kanta Aryal thanked Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development for providing ambulance and roaming hospital to Nepal Police. "At a time when Nepal Police is lacking a lot of infrastructures, this ambulance gives good support," said chief of police Aryal.
