U.S. Ambassador to Nepal Peter W. Bodde called upon Prime Minister Sushil Koirala. Ambassador Bodde met Koirala following his return from the US following medical treatment.

According to Prime Minister Koirala’s Press Coordinator Prakash Adhikary, U.S. Ambassador Bodde inquired about the new political development in Nepal and the ongoing efforts in earthquake prone zones. Ambassador Bodde also expressed his satisfaction over the ongoing constitution writing process.

Ambassador Bodde also assured Prime Minister Koirala that The US support will increase for the earthquake reconstruction in future.

During the meeting, Deputy Chief of the Mission of U.S. Embassy John Carwile was also present.
