Indian President Pranab Mukherjee sends a congratulatory message to newly elected president of Nepal Bidhya Devi Bhandari.

In his message the President of the Republic of India Pranab Mukherjee felicitated Bidhya Devi Bhandari, on her election as the new President of Nepal said in a press release issued by Indian Embassy.

 In his message Indian president Mukherjee said, “India attaches the highest priority to further development of our close and multi-faceted relationship with Nepal. As a close friend and neighbor, India will continue to extend all possible assistance and cooperation in accordance with the priorities and wishes of the government and people of Nepal.”
