B. P. Koirala India-Nepal Foundation, Embassy of India, in association with Image Ark organized an event “Listen, Hear, Speak/Her, Sun, Bol” on Saturday, 27th August at Lakeside, Pokhara. The event was held on the sidelines of the Monthly Art Market at Pokhara.
According to a press release issued by Indian Embassy, targeting mainly on reaching out to youngsters, the event included slam poetry, street art and live music modeled on the ‘Culture Nagari’ program that BPKF organizes. The program was a combination of a variety of cultural events pertaining to music, art and literature. The event was attended by a multitude of flowing audience, who were enthralled by the variety and the enthusiasm in this lively program.
Secretary, BPKF, Ms. Ruby Jaspreet Sharma, highlighted at the program the endeavors made by BPKF Foundation at promoting cultural heritage in different regions of Nepal and identifying the commonality of such cultural aspects between India and Nepal. The event provided a platform to the youngsters in Pokhara for exploring their expertise in a variety of fields.
