Russian Ambassador to Nepal Andrei D. Budnik hosted a reception to celebrate the National Day of Russia on June 8 at Kathmandu.

Chief Guest of the reception was vice president Nanda Bahadur Pun. During the reception, ambassador Budnik highlighted the development of Russia Nepal relations and roles Russian played in the world peace.

During the reception ministers, high level government officials, members of Legislative Parliament, Kathmandu based foreign diplomats, Russian leaving in Kathmandu, businessmen community and people from the different walks of life also presented.
