Lieutenant General Baldeb Raj Mahat inspected and address pre-deployment training of Nepalese UN Peace Keepers who will be deployed in MONUSCO Mission in Democratic Republic of Congo

Lieutenant General Baldeb Raj Mahat inspected and address pre-deployment training of Nepalese UN Peace Keepers who will be deployed in MONUSCO Mission in Democratic Republic of Congo. Those who joined the training are from Mehar Battalion Peace Keepers 24 Group.

Lieutenant General Mahat also concluded the training at Birendra Peace Training Center addressing them. Nepal joined the mission in 2005 with contribution of 1133 members. Till now, 20010 Nepali Peace keepers have already taken part in the mission.

Addressing the battalion, Lieutenant General Mahat urges Nepali Peacekeepers to work hard with the professional commitment to enhance the glory of Nepal Army.
