Embassy of Nepal, Beijing organized a seminar to mark 62nd diplomatic relations between Nepal and China. Addressing the program, Nepalese ambassador to People’s Republic of China Leela Mani Paudyal said the age old and deep rooted relations between the two countries continue to flourish. He said that Nepal and China can bring peace and prosperity in the region.

The title of the seminar was Nepal China Relations for the Peace and Prosperity of Trans Himalayan Region. Participated by eminent scholars, diplomats and government officials, speakers highlighted the importance of Nepal China relations in establishing peace and making region prosper.  

According to a press release issued by Foreign Ministry, addressing the program, Professor Hu Shiseng, China Institute of Contemporary International Relations (CICIR), said China Nepal relations has tested in time to time. He said that the two countries settle all their outstanding issues soon after the establishment of bilateral relations.  “Our Relations are based on Panchasila and non-interference  

Chinese scholar Dr. Chen Xiaochen also highlighted the importance of China Nepal relations at present context saying the relations are the model for others.
