According to a press release issued Hyatt Regency Kathmandu,the rate per person is NPR 4,500.00 plus tax for 5 course set menu. The menu include: Amours Grill Mushroom stuffed with Swiss, brie and parmesan Cheese, blue cheese sauce Or Flavor Corn Ice cream Fermented Corn, sundried tomato and vanilla Soup Bouillabaisse Or Autumn Vegetable Stock with hazelnut dust Starter Pork tenderloin sautéed with carrot, smoke onion, apples, in a Brandy Cream sauce Or Caramelized beetroot and goat cheese tart carrot, smoke onion, apples, in a Brandy Cream sauce Main Course Sautéed prawn and scallops, Truffle mash, Grill Leek, cherry tomato, Cream mushroom sauce Or Warm poached Artichoke, Vegetable Risotto, and Black Truffle Vinaigrette Desserts Callouts with brie fondue.Hyatt Regency Kathmandu’s 280 rooms and suites enjoy views of either the Boudhanath Stupa or the hotel’s gardens and the surrounding mountain ranges.
