Nepal Army (NA) Chief of Army Staff (CoAS) Rajendra Chhetri conferred insignia on newly promoted Major General Kaji Bahadur Khatri.
According to The Himalayan Times, director of Military Operations Khatry has been promoted from Brigadier General to Major General.
The insignia was conferred on Khatry amid a special function organised at the Army Headquarters on Thursday.
According to a statement issued by Directorate of Public Relations, Khatry, who was promoted as per the March 12 Cabinet decision has been assigned the responsibility of co-coordinator of National Security Council.- ADB POWERING NEPAL
