COAS General Purna Chandra Thapa Confers Insignia to Major General to Brigadier General Raghu Bhandari and Naresh Chandra Bhatta. General Bhandari was head of Welfare Planning Directorate and Bhatta was head of Strategy and Long Term Planning Directorate.
After the promotion both Major General are transferred to offices.
