Manko Godiya, 65, was arrested on the charge of raping a 14 years old deaf girl in Labdhaba of Nepalgunj sub-municipality ward no 18. Soon after receiving complain, police arrested Godiya. According to a daily news bulletin of Nepal Police News Desk, further investigation is going on.
