Police Arrested Himal Roka,24, of Utter Ganga Rural Municipality of Rukum district arrested from Kathmandu on the charges of raping twenty-two years old girl from same district.
According to a Daily News Bulletin of Nepal Police, Rokaya reportedly raped the girl in Hotel Kamaltal of Kathmandu.
