The Supreme Court has ordered the release of medical entrepreneur Durga Prasai.
Earlier, the Supreme Court had ordered the release of the prisoner in the habeas corpus case filed by his son Nirajan Prasai.
A bench of Supreme Court Justices Nahkul Subedi and Saranga Subedi ordered the government to release Durga Prasai on Thursday.
