Qualified medical responders, a robust pre-and-post-hospital healthcare system, good medical transportation resources for emergency care, excellent campaigns for emergency care management, a good referral mechanism, and capacitated provincial health emergency operation centers (HEOCs)contributed to making Bheri and Seti hub Hospitals in West Nepal a model of ready to respond (R2R) during the COVID-19 response.
