Nepal is celebrating the ninth anniversary of its 2015 Constitution, a landmark document adopted through an elected Constituent Assembly that introduced federalism, devolution of power, and inclusive democracy. On this occasion, SPOTLIGHT spoke with Professor Bipin Adhikari, a senior constitutional expert from Kathmandu University School of Law, about the Constitution's achievements, challenges, and its implementation over the years.
