The dispute is over a piece of land, Kalapani, claimed by both India, constitutionally secular but now ruled by devout Hindus and Nepal, historically world’s only the Hindu Kingdom which has just become a secular republic ruled by the world’s first elected Marxists-Leninist-Maoist government.
