Tax, Tax And Tax Again
The reality is that even with the issuance of PAN numbers it is a very minuscule percentage of the population that pays tax. The figure is around 4-7% and it is on this that the burden falls on. The rates are raised on them again and again. The obvious remedy is to increase the coverage for raising taxes.

Although the Dashain festival is still a few weeks away, the festival fever has already gripped the valley. From shopping to ticket booking, there is a rush of people. However, the festival is celebrated in a unique manner in Kathmandu Valley. Starting from July, following Gathemangal, the festival season will end for this year soon.
