With the backing of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and under the management of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply (MoICS), the Rural Enterprises and Remittances Project (SAMRIDDHI) has effectively illustrated a pathway to stimulate job creation and entrepreneurship at a local level.
