Completely devastated by the earthquake in 2015, Patan Durbar Square has reconstructed almost all major temples in four years reviving its past glory. In its effort, Kathmandu Valley Preservation Trust (KVPT) has just completed reconstruction of Char Narayan Temple through major funding from U.S. Embassy. The IL seems successful in the propagation of Hindu religion but as Nepali I am worried about not being able to utilize it. The objective of the Indian Government looks holy/worthy which we have failed to make use of it.
