Under its Corporate Social Responsibility program, the Himalayan Bank Ltd has supported Om Bridhashram, a Thimi based old shelter home. According to a press statement by the HBL, its Chief Executive Officer Ashoke Sumsher Rana handed over rice, utensils, cloths, rice cooker and blankets to 11 elderly citizens living in the shelter home. Opened four years ago, the home has been giving shelter to helpless elderly citizens coming from various parts of Nepal.
