U.S. Ambassador to Nepal Alaina B Teplitz organized a meeting with Nepalese women leaders. The meeting of women leaders was held as part of our year-long celebration of 70 years of U.S.-Nepal friendship.

“You are strong, successful, influential, innovative, creative. You solve problems. You don’t take “no” for an answer.” With these words, Ambassador Teplitz convened women leaders from government, business, civil society, media, law, education and finance to network and build relationships that can further progress in Nepal.
