After living with an inefficient and unreliable electricity supply system for decades, some people from the east and west have had reasons for celebration. Following the completion of the grid upgrading and substation, with the assistance of the Asian Development Bank, the quality and efficiency of the electricity supply has improved for the villagers, opening the door for the regions to accelerate the economic activities and pave the way for the transformation of people’s livelihood there.
