With the implementation of flood recovery program, including shelter, livelihood and protection, Lutheran World Federation-Nepal (LWF) has shown how to heal the wounds of poor and marginalized people living in the southern flood prone plains. Since the flood badly shook the southern plains in July and August, LWF-Nepal has been working with the people of Jhapa, Morang, Chitwan, Sarlahi and Kaliai, five badly hit terai districts.
